I Sold Plushies and Stationery at the Biggest Show in Ontario
One of a Kind in Toronto is the Premier craft show in Ontario and this is the story of how I survived being a vendor for the first time.

Biggest Sellers:
Other best-selling patterns:
Everything by MadelineMaeCo
Mushroom Pops by Cableandcanvas
Everything by TheCrochetCarpenter
Everything by anniecarrawayart
Objectives met:
Survived physically and mentally
Became a mini-family with my booth mates
Delivered cookies to friends
Met people who found me online
Sold stationery and got feedback on what people are looking for in it.
Tear-down and left building before 7:30 pm.
Objectives not met
Went to bed before midnight every night
Got full nights of sleep
Hitting my sales target for the show
People asked for it but I didn't have:
Highland Cow
Racoon
Purple Penguin
Canada Goose
Bunnies in particular colours
And now the question that's probably on all of your minds:
Would I do it again?
Unfortunately, I can only participate in the "table-top" section once. My products are extremely fitted to a table-top so it's rather unfortunate I can't do it again. My next option would be to choose the Rising Stars section where I need to build a free-standing structure. I don't think it's in the cards right now, but I plan to focus on markets that are closer to home.
Thanks for reading!
Jen
